Mark Boulton is back with what promises to be another excellent series, following up the successes of Five Simple Steps to Better Typography and Five Simple Steps to Designing Grid Systems. This time around Mark is tackling the principles of typesetting and how those can be applied to the web. The introduction is a pretty straight forward synopsis of what typesetting and composition are.

Mark doesn’t get into the meat of the topic until the first real article in the series: The Right Glyph for the Job. This is a great introduction to glyphs and how to access them on various computer platforms and within HTML code.
