Roger Johansson has published the second article in his series on accessibility. In it, he offers a list of checkpoints to go over when testing your site’s accessibility:
- Validate HTML and CSS
- No frames, please
- Automated accessibility checking tools
- Images and alternative text
- Make sure that JavaScript is unobtrusive
- Increase text size
- Look for semantic markup
- Disable CSS
- Use Fangs to emulate a screen reader
